What you may and may not upload or create with FaceScore, how we moderate AI-generated content, how to report it, and what happens when rules are broken.

About this policy
FaceScore ("FaceScore", "we", "us") runs getfacescore.com, a face analysis tool. This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you upload to FaceScore and everything FaceScore generates for you: the AI-written report text, the style previews, makeup try-on images and share cards.
What FaceScore generates
- Text: a written reading of your facial proportions and makeup steps, written by Gemini Flash.
- Images: previews of your own face with a different haircut, glasses, beard or makeup, and makeup try-on images, generated by Nano Banana 2.1.
- Your inputs: the photos you upload. FaceScore has no free-text prompt box; every image instruction is written by FaceScore and keeps your face unchanged.
All generated text and images are AI-generated and labeled as such.
Prohibited content
You may not use FaceScore to create, upload or share any of the following six categories:
- Pornography / NSFW content, including nude, partly nude, sexual or sexually suggestive images.
- Violence / gore, including blood, injuries, weapons used against people, or self-harm.
- Hate speech, including content that attacks or demeans people for race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected trait.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM), or any photo of a minor. FaceScore is for adults 18 and over. Photos of children are refused.
- Deepfakes and impersonation of real people. FaceScore has no face swap, and you may not try to use it to put one person's face on another, "nudify" anyone, compose two people into an intimate scene, or make a real person appear to do or say something they did not, whether or not they consent.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, including uploading photos you have no right to use.
Zero tolerance
The following are removed immediately, the account is closed, and we may report it to the authorities: sexual content involving minors; content promoting terrorism or mass violence; instructions for weapons of mass destruction; content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred; and deepfakes of real people in any of the forms above.
Also not allowed
- Using FaceScore to identify who a person is. FaceScore does not do face recognition or reverse face search.
- Rating, ranking or mocking other people without their permission.
- Trying to bypass our safety checks, scraping the service, or automated mass use.
- Passing AI-generated images off as real, unedited photos to deceive others.
Photos you upload
You may only upload photos of yourself, or photos of another adult who has given you explicit permission. Uploading another person's photo without consent is prohibited. When you upload a makeup reference photo for the makeup try-on, it is used only for the makeup colors and placement; the result always keeps your own face, and the face in the reference photo is never placed on yours. Permission never allows the deepfake content listed above.
How we moderate
- Before generation: every uploaded photo is checked by an automated vision model and refused if it shows nudity, sexual content, violence or a minor. The text instructions FaceScore sends to the image model are screened with Waffo Prompt Sift and our own blocklist, which we update as new abuse patterns appear.
- After generation, before display: every generated image is checked by a vision model; images that fail are not shown and the credit is refunded.
- Human review: flagged content and every report are reviewed by a person. We keep moderation logs.
- No public gallery: your photos and results are private to your account and are never published by us.
Reporting
If you see content made with FaceScore that breaks this policy, or someone used your photo without permission, email yaohongan2021@gmail.com with the subject "Report", a link or screenshot, and what is wrong. Reports are confidential.

Enforcement
Depending on severity we may remove content, refuse a request, pause generation on the account, close the account, forfeit unused credits obtained through abuse, and report illegal content to the authorities.
Appeals
If you think we acted on your account by mistake, email yaohongan2021@gmail.com within 30 days. A different person reviews the appeal and replies within 7 business days.
