Privacy Policy
What FaceScore collects, why, how long we keep it, and how to delete it. The free scan never uploads your photo.

The short version
- Free scan: your photo never leaves your device. The face model runs in your browser; we do not receive the photo or the measurements.
- Paid report: we store the photo you choose privately so the AI can read it. You can delete it any time from your report, and it is deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
- We never sell your data, never use your photos to train AI models, and never do face recognition.
What we collect
- Account: if you sign in with Google, your name, email address and profile picture.
- Photos for the paid report and try-on: the selfie (scaled to 1024 px) and any makeup reference photo you upload, plus the images we generate from them.
- Measurements and report text: the numbers from your scan and the AI-written report, kept in your account.
- Payments: handled by Waffo, our merchant of record. We receive the order status and amount, never your full card number.
- Usage data: pages visited, funnel steps (for example "scan finished", "checkout opened"), device type and country, using a random visitor id. We use it to improve the site.
Who processes your data
- Cloudflare hosts the site, database and private photo storage.
- AI model providers process your photo to write the report and makeup steps and to make previews and try-on images (see the Terms for the models used).
- Waffo processes payments and screens text instructions with Prompt Sift.
- Google provides sign-in.
These providers process data only to run FaceScore.
How long we keep it
- Report and try-on photos: deleted automatically 30 days after upload, or as soon as you click "Delete my photo".
- Generated images and report text: kept until you delete them or your account.
- Account data: kept until you delete your account in Settings.
- Moderation logs: kept up to 12 months to handle reports and abuse.
Your rights
You can see, download or delete your data, and delete your account at any time in Settings, or by emailing yaohongan2021@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California) you may also have the right to correct data, object to processing and complain to a regulator.
Children
FaceScore is for adults 18 and over. We refuse photos that appear to show minors and delete any we find.
