Refund Policy

FaceScore offers a full refund within 7 days of buying the $19 full report. Failed AI readings and images refund their credit automatically.

7-day refund

If you are not happy with the FaceScore full report, you can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase, for any reason.

How to ask

Email yaohongan2021@gmail.com from any address, and include the email you signed in with and roughly when you paid. We reply within 2 business days. The refund goes back to your original payment method through Waffo, our merchant of record; banks usually show it within 5–10 business days.

When a purchase is refunded, the unused credits from it are removed from your account.

Automatic credit refunds

If an AI reading or an image fails, or an image is held back by our safety check, the credit is returned to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.

After 7 days

After 7 days purchases are final, except where the law in your country gives you more rights, or if you were charged by mistake — then email us and we will fix it.

No subscription

The full report is a one-time payment. There is nothing to cancel.
